Client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support a legal office environment. This role involves a variety of administrative, clerical, and hospitality duties while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service. Onsite position in Charleston, SC. Business attire required. Parking provided.
Responsibilities

Greet all visitors and employees with a professional, service-oriented approach

Answer and route phone calls per firm and standards

Schedule and prepare conference rooms with supplies, beverages, and technology needs

Receive and route inbound mail; process outbound mail and packages
-
Assist with setup and breakdown of meetings and after-hours events

Perform light clerical duties including document preparation, calendar management, and legal correspondence

Maintain organized lobby, supply areas, and workspace
-
Order and organize office supplies; perform light hospitality (coffee, water, food orders)

Monitor staff availability to direct visitors and calls

Act as concierge for guests, familiarizing with local amenities

Follow visitor security procedures

Participate in firm/community service events and initiatives

Provide additional support and value-added services as directed
Requirements

High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; legal environment strongly preferred

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and remain flexible

Professional demeanor and appearance

Comfortable with light walking between two office floors and lifting up to a case of paper
