At STEPS Behavioral Health, we believe in creating meaningful change-one step at a time. We're currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Track client progress through accurate data collection
• Support clients in achieving developmental and behavioral goals
• Work in diverse settings: homes, schools, or clinics

Requirements:

• Current RBT certification through the BACB (required)
• Licensed in the state of Georgia as required
• Experience with ABA, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
