What You'll Do:

• Assist refining technicians with all aspects of precious metal refining

• Learn and grow within our Solution Process area

• Tackle a variety of tasks that keep each day exciting and different

What We're Looking For:

• A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with great communication and planning skills

• Someone who's flexible, reliable, and ready to take on a dynamic schedule

• A true team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Must-Haves:

• Ability to lift 50 lb bags and handle 55-gallon drums

• Solid math and computer skills

• Clear background check (BCI)

• Professional, courteous communication with team members and customers

• Good eyesight (safety is key!)

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with pumps, filters, mixing vessels, or pH meters

• Basic chemistry knowledge (especially acids, caustics, and cyanide safety)

• Forklift or warehouse experience

• Chemical processing or manufacturing background

• Strong, consistent work history
