Beverage Sales Associate - Full-time

We are seeking a Beverage Sales Associate to become an integral part of our dynamic team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a high-volume, customer-service focused retail setting.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, identify their needs, and deliver exceptional customer service
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory and restock shelves
• Accurately process sales, handle cash, credit/debit, and issue receipts
• Investigate and courteously resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers

• Clear communication skills

• Reliable transportation to and from work
