As a Customer Support Associate based in White Plains, you will master the complete suite of Verizon products and services. You’ll handle Verizon customer accounts, resolve issues promptly, and provide precise solutions. Serving as the main point of contact for both new and existing Verizon clients, you’ll deliver outstanding service that strengthens brand loyalty and fuels business expansion.

What Will I Be Doing as a Customer Support Associate?

• Provide prompt and professional support to Verizon customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a seamless service experience.

• Resolve Verizon billing questions, service issues, and technical concerns with a solutions-focused approach that drives customer satisfaction.

• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, and service upgrades to maximize account value and enhance their overall experience.
