Position Overview
The Account Manager is the day-to-day owner of client success and delivery coordination across several TCG divisions. The role blends client-facing relationship management (approximately 60 percent) with internal project coordination (approximately 40 percent), ensuring every contract is fulfilled according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), on time and on budget, and that clients are delighted.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead client initiatives, communication and campaign execution.
- Translate client goals into clear work plans and track progress to measurable outcomes.
- Identify reasonable upsell/cross-sell opportunities (light farming) and route for action.
- Build and manage project plans in Asana; coordinate tasks and handoffs across teams.
- Set up, create, and monitor outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn) using the approved stack.
- Ensure deliverables meet contract scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Report daily task progress to the Line of Business (LOB) leader.
- Escalate Service-Level Agreement (SLA) and administrative issues to the Business Operations Manager.

Required
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or public relations
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) familiarity (Go High Level (GHL) or Vendasta)
- Strong written and verbal communication; confident leading client emails and meetings
- Organized, proactive, and accountable; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn) and reporting outcomes
- Familiarity with basic performance metrics (response times, delivery timelines, budget tracking)
Equipment
- Bring your own (BYO) equipment unless otherwise negotiated
Location and Schedule
- In-office position (Louisville) with flexible work-from-home days on a case-by-case basis
- Core hours: 08:30–17:00 Eastern Time; occasional evening/weekend work may be required (client-specific)
- Travel: Periodic local travel to client sites/events; personally owned vehicle, valid/current driver’s license, registration, and insurance are mandatory

Compensation
$35,000 – $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
