Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our job sites in Roanoke. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to company standards.

Duties include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site personnel

• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

• Communicate with management and provide progress reports

• Train and mentor team members as needed

• Assist with scheduling and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or construction management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and reports

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
