Job Description
Position Overview:
The Business Development Coordinator / Marketing Manager / Support Staff plays a key role in our day-to-day operations and overall company image. This position oversees marketing initiatives, assists with business development efforts, coordinates company events, and provides general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and distribute weekly email blasts.
Maintain the company’s social media presence; create, schedule, and manage posts.
Coordinate all print and online advertising, including vendor contracts (e.g., Land.com).
Maintain company communications and professional relationships.
Organize and coordinate monthly Networking Meetings and monthly Marketing Meetings.
Manage inventory and ordering of promotional products and marketing materials.
Plan and organize events such as the annual TFA booth, company Christmas party, and other gatherings.
Represent HomeLand Properties at social and business events.
Answer phones and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Support agents with technical issues, printing, and listing input.
Assist with MLS updates when needed.
Perform notary services and assist with daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, communications, or business development (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a team environment.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a willingness to help wherever needed.
Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain (a plus).
