Responsibilities

• Provide professional skincare services including facials, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and add-on treatments

• Recommend appropriate skincare regimens and retail products to support client needs

• Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and professional appearance

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals

• Collaborate with the spa team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

• Current Texas State Esthetician License required

• Passion for skincare, beauty, and holistic wellness

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic

• Prior experience in a spa or salon setting preferred (but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply)
