Assistant General Manager/Front of House Needed for Casual Seafood Restaurant in Waco, TX!

Searching for a leader who holds hourly team members accountable to attain hospitality, sales and profit goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Experienced and proficient in the use of basic computer technology (i.e., POS systems, Microsoft Office programs, etc.).
Customer Driven
Must possess 2-3 years’ experience as an AGM in busy full-service restaurants
Conducts self as the "Mayor" of the Dining room
Training teammembers on driving alcohol sales
Promotes an atmosphere of exellence
