National Business Development Manager
The National Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth, expanding our network of vendor and client relationships, and leading a high-performing business development team. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a national team of Business Development Representatives.
- Oversee daily activities, performance metrics, and growth objectives.
- Provide mentorship, accountability, and continuous training to drive individual and team success.
- Cultivate a positive, motivated, and goal-oriented team culture.
Event & Relationship Management
- Coordinate and plan national and regional events, including:
- Vendor appreciation events
- Trade shows and industry conferences
- Networking events and happy hours
- Expand the number of vendor relationships while nurturing existing partnerships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key national accounts and vendor relationships.
- Maintain strong, consistent communication with partners nationwide.
Strategic & Operational Execution
- Manage and optimize the company’s business development pipeline.
- Coordinate travel, scheduling, and logistics for the business development team.
- Develop and implement national business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through research, analysis, and partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports detailing:
- Budgets and expenditures
- Lead generation, quota attainment, and growth metrics
- Relationship development and event ROI
Sales & Market Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, activities, and relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Represent EOS Healthcare Marketing at national industry events, trade shows, and association meetings.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related field.
- Proven success managing a team and achieving measurable growth.
- Experience developing and maintaining national vendor or client relationships.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $90,000
- Bonuses & Commissions: Estimated first-year total compensation between $110,000 – $120,000
