Physician Assistant, Emergency / Urgent Care - Onsite Evening Shift

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our client's expanding team in the Sacramento suburb of Roseville, CA. This newly created full-time evening shift role offers a significant opportunity for an experienced PA to play a leading role in providing exceptional emergency and urgent care.

The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of patient care, including:

• Performing patient intake, conducting physical examinations, and evaluating medical histories.
• Formulating timely and accurate diagnoses.
• Developing and communicating a comprehensive plan of care for each patient.
• Consulting and collaborating with the supervising physician and other medical staff.
• Utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) software for documentation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

• Graduate of an Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) accredited program.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital, clinic or home health setting.
• Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of California. Possession of an active DEA number.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) provider card.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity urgent or emergency care environment.
• Prior experience with cloud-based EHR is highly desirable.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND SCHEDULE

• Base Salary: Starting at $150,000 annually, based on experience + signing bonus.

• Schedule: An average 36-hour, 4-day evening work week with rotating weekend duties (Saturday and Sunday).
