Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 / year

  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage

  • Retirement: 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid Time Off: 20 days PTO annually, plus 10 paid holidays

  • Other compensation: performance bonus eligibility

Role Summary
The HR Analyst will collect, interpret, and report on HR data to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills and an interest in workforce metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights

  • Prepare reports on turnover, retention, compensation, and more

  • Support HRIS system maintenance and updates

  • Partner with HR team to design dashboards and KPIs

  • Ensure compliance with data security and reporting standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HR or data analysis experience

  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills

  • Experience with HRIS or analytics platforms

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
