Back of House – Kitchen

This role is based out of our Downtown Knoxville location! The kitchen staff work at one of five different stations and use the prepped ingredients to prepare our menu items. Kitchen stations include Pizza, Pizza Oven, Hot Sandwich, Cold Sandwich and, Salad.

• Follow our recipes and portions to assemble and cook menu items
• Communicate with fellow kitchen staff so that all food is plated in a timely manner for service to guests

The typical​ path of advancement is to become a kitchen trainer, shift leader or kitchen manager.

• Ability to remain positive in a high-stress​ environment
• Must be able to maintain a high pace throughout the shift
• Need to be able to focus on menu item modifications throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working on your feet for 6-8​ hours
• Be able to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekend shifts
• Must be available on weekends

No prior experience necessary, we are happy to train folks that are ready to learn. A variety of day, night, evening and weekend shifts are available to fit your availability

Starting pay is $16 /hour plus tips.
