Otolaryngology Physician

An established hospital located just outside of Champaign, Illinois is seeking a full-time, permanent ENT Physician to join their team!

The ENT Physician Job Description:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
• Mon-Fri, clinic hours
  
• Up to $15K relocation assistance
• Great leadership and administration team!
  
• Replace a retiring ENT physician, will be joining 2 other ENTs at the hospital and share a 1:3 call

• Education: Doctorate
• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies)
  
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration
  
• General ENT physician that is also trained in allergy
