Description
PAY GRADE: 26N
PAY RANGE: $26.66 - $47.65/hour
DEPARTMENT: Branch Banking

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, your mission will be to promote superior service, motivate and engage staff to attain branch assigned goals as well as deepen member’s relationships with EECU. You will be in charge of a competent team of sales and service employees active in building and maintaining member relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for duties involved with scheduling, staffing, and assigning priorities to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Monitoring and maintaining branch cash levels through the effective use of the Credit Union’s cash management system.
- Ensuring Branch Operations, Audit Reports, and Audit Calendars are accurately maintained.
- Mentoring staff for professional growth by maintaining continuous programs for career development and identifying opportunities for recognition.
- Optimizing staff usage during peak hours by directing lobby traffic and assisting members when necessary.
- Reviewing rates and services of competing organizations and recommending services to retain members.
- Modeling professionalism with members, management, vendors, and employees, and reinforcing these standards across staff.
- Supporting Branch Management by promoting a work environment that fosters a successful sales culture.
Requirements
Requirements of this position include:
· Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred plus;
· Three or more years related experience and/or training at a supervisory level in a financial institution or;
· Equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
