Community Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Charge Nurse for our Procedure Center department. This is an excellent opportunity for an internal candidate to step into a leadership role and support the continued excellence of our perioperative services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Procedure Center
• Support daily workflow and staffing coordination
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and patient-centered care
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
• Leadership experience preferred

Hiring Salary Range: $38.00–$43.70/hour
