Indoor Color Guard Assistant - Part-time

The Indoor Color Guard Assistant at Chichester Middle School supports the Color Guard Director in all aspects of the indoor color guard program. Responsibilities include assisting with the instruction of choreography and equipment techniques (flag, rifle, and sabre), helping to lead rehearsals, supervising students during practices and performances, and providing support during competitions and events. The assistant plays a key role in reinforcing performance skills, maintaining a positive and disciplined rehearsal environment, and helping with equipment management and logistics.
