Associate Recruiter, Locum Tenens - Full-time

Pacific Companies is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Locum-Tenens division at our headquarters in Irvine, CA. This individual must be a positive, goal-driven, sales-oriented professional that enjoys working in a collaborative environment. The ideal recruiter also has outstanding verbal and written communication skills and enjoys being on the phone, making calls, and is unafraid to manage resistance. The ideal candidate would also have a minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting or sales experience within healthcare. Job Responsibilities 

• Prospect, qualify and match candidates to physician positions within hospital systems and private practices. 
• Generate and manage potential candidates for open job requisitions. 
• Evaluate the knowledge and skills of each candidate against the client's requirements. 
• Use online platforms, social media, job boards, and other resources to develop a candidate pool for open job requisitions.

Compensation 

Compensation for roles at Pacific Companies varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and years of experience in physician staffing. As required by applicable law, Pacific Companies provides the following reasonable base salary range of compensation for this role: $45,000 - $85,000 In addition, Pacific Companies provides a range of benefits for this role, including uncapped commission opportunities.
