My Sister's Closet has been a trusted name in luxury consignment since 1991. We offer a curated selection of designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories, providing consignors a way to earn extra cash and shoppers the opportunity to find high-end fashion at exceptional prices.

In 2001, we expanded our offerings with Well Suited for Men, specializing in luxury men's clothing, shoes, and accessories. Later, we introduced My Sister's Attic, where you can discover fine interior and exterior furniture, home decor, and art.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about luxury men's clothing whether classic or modern.  We want enthusiastic experienced sales associates to join our team at our new location in Newport Beach.  

Wage is based on experience in Men's Fine Clothing sales.

This position is also eligible for commissions

 What we are looking for:

• Sales Associate with excellent customer service experience, that is on top of current trends, has the experience to advise clients on style and fit.
• Develop and maintain your customer relationships.
• Maintain visually appealing product displays that effect our aesthetic.
• We request our sales associates to display a keen fashion sense while at the store.
• Team player, we value our employees working together and helping each other when possible.
• Ensure the store remains organized, clean and ready at all times.
• Communication skills are mandatory.  You must be able to converse with clients, your management and your co-workers with respect, manners and dignity.

Requirements:

• Sales experience is required, no less two years. Experience in Men's Fine Clothing would be a plus.
• Customer service experience required.
• POS experience required.
• Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Microsoft, Chrome, IOS preferred but not required.
• Multitasker
• This position requires you to stand for long periods of time. You must be able to lift, bend, stretch, reach, push, pull up to 30lbs.

Pay Comments: Hourly-DOE- We offer competitive pay plus commissions and bonuses for those eligible.
