This position is located at Atrium Health Infusion Center Cabarrus in Concord, North Carolina, which is scheduled to open on November 12, 2025. This role operates within an outpatient setting, providing infusion and injectable treatments for patients with chronic diseases. It is led by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and supported by a dedicated team of nurses, ensuring comprehensive and collaborative patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Oversight:
- Manage daily operations of the Cabarrus site.
- Work 4x10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday (no nights/weekends/call).
- Supervise 14 infusion chairs and 5 RNs.
- Handle triage and infusion reactions.
- Communicate with ordering providers.
- Virtual Support:
- Assist RNs at other sites (Concord and Huntersville) virtually.
- Clinical & Administrative Duties:
- Participate in care design and workflow improvements.
- Assist with Therapy Plan orders and updates.
- Support authorization processes using clinical expertise.
- Leverage system-level resources and virtual tech.
