Front Desk Attendant Entry Level, Part Time, Weekend Availability

Five Star Parks and Attractions  

• Handle money transactions while keeping the front desk area clean and organized

• Be comfortable with guest’s questions and issues while handling them yourself or escalating to a

manager

• Assist guests with redeeming their tickets for prizes

• Stock and keep redemption area organized

• Maintain up to date knowledge of all current cash policies

• Communicate daily with team members

• • Maintain a safety-focused, top customer service attitude at all times.
