We currently are seeking staff to work in a variety of substitute positions within the Fergus Falls Public Schools. These areas include secretaries, paras, food service, and custodians. Substitutes enjoy flexible schedules and can work around other commitments.

Our substitutes maintain an on-call status utilizing the Frontline Absence Management System for vacancy postings. Hourly pay rate is $19.25/hour and includes Earn Sick and Safe Time leave.

Background Check Upon Conditional Offer: Background checks are conducted upon receiving a conditional offer. Employees must complete a background check and are responsible for the background fee.
