Nursery Department Lead in Training
We are looking for:
The primary responsibility of the Department Lead is to drive sales by consistently creating an environment where customers want to shop and employees want to work. This role requires a positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude. Department Leads are expected to deliver legendary customer service, merchandise products effectively, and support store management in daily operations.
This role requires extensive product knowledge in nursery, some of which can be trained.

Pay Scale = $18.50-$18.75 for Base Level. Levels 1-3 = $18.75-$22.00. Levels are based on performance.

The minimum requirements for this position include:
- Ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
- Willingness to learn.

- Basic math skills for operating a register.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
