• Do you have proven soldering experience?
• Can you consistently show up and deliver with reliable attendance?
• Are you detail-oriented and comfortable handling small components?
• Can you follow specifications, routing steps, and test procedures from start to finish?
• Are you able to lift up to 25 lbs and use basic computer skills?
• Can you read and comprehend work instructions in English?

What you’ll do

• Use hand soldering to complete assemblies coming off automated equipment, repairing bridges and ensuring strong, clean joints
• Perform mechanical assembly, clipping, and cleaning as needed
• Apply documentation and specifications to build consistent, high-quality product
• De-panel printed circuit boards with care and precision
• Inspect small parts visually for accuracy and quality
• Contribute to the team with other duties as assigned

Hours and pay

• 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm
• $16–$17 per hour, based on experience
