Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics for projects located in and around Lafayette, IN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $28–$30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Maintenance Mechanic and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems as needed

• Perform line welding and fabrication tasks

• Align and level machinery and equipment

• Work collaboratively in a 3-person team
