Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include feeding, changing, empty foley bag, giving meds (already set up), making sure nothing is soiled. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
