Pricing Specialist

This role is responsible for managing pricing and item attributes for designated accounts with contracted pricing agreements. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel proficiency (including complex VLOOKUPs and data validation), and experience with D365 is preferred. The Pricing Specialist ensures data accuracy, supports business growth, and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain pricing integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain pricing structures and item attributes for assigned accounts.
  
  
• Run and analyze reports for items on hold; identify and resolve pricing discrepancies.
  
  
• Support RFPs and new business implementations, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  
  
• Review supplier cost updates and coordinate necessary adjustments with proposal teams.
  
  
• Investigate margin holds and recommend corrective actions.
  
  
• Administer rebates, support supplier negotiations, and manage margin performance.
  
  
• Utilize advanced Excel and analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and pricing consistency.
