What You’ll Do:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers
Drive lead generation goals and field performanceHelp develop and scale our canvassing systems
Work directly with company leadership to execute local marketing strategy

Prior canvassing or field marketing leadership experience (required)
Strong communication and coaching skills
