Collins Einhorn Farrell, a leading litigation law firm, is seeking a Marketing / Practice Development Manager to drive impactful marketing strategies and elevate our brand presence across the legal industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the planning and execution of firm-wide marketing and practice development initiatives.
• Manage branding, advertising, and PR efforts including media relations, press releases, and attorney announcements.
• Develop and implement cross-marketing strategies to grow market share and client engagement.
• Organize high-quality events such as seminars, dinners, and client entertainment.
• Guide proposal development, marketing campaigns, and business development projects.
• Maintain and update firm content across websites, e-blasts, intranet, and professional directories.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors, and leverage insights for strategic planning.
• Build relationships with media and legal industry influencers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, PR, or advertising.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe platforms, advanced knowledge of WordPress is required.
• Experience in a professional services or legal environment is a plus.
