Job Description
We are seeking a Client Contact Specialists! We are looking for Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English). You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving issues. Monday - Friday (8:30 am or 9 am - 5/5:30 pm) Could possibly be flexible with after hours or Saturdays for other time off during the week. Starting pay can also be based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma required
- One to Four years of progressive work experience in a law firm or comparable field preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
