Title: Customer Service Representative – Sports Merchandise

Overview

Provide quality customer service by assisting with placing orders and delivering many aspects of the Athlete experience. Offer deep knowledge of products, services, and promotions to help resolve inquiries effectively. Build strong connections with Athletes, owning any issue through to resolution. Maintain brand loyalty by ensuring each interaction reflects the client’s high service standards.

• Assist with placing orders and supporting the Athlete experience
• Offer comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and promotions
• Resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Build strong connections with Athletes
• Own issues through to resolution
• Maintain brand loyalty by reflecting high service standards

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for helping customers and representing the brand positively
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
