We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to provide exceptional administrative support and assistance to our chiropractic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception and Front Desk:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and handle phone inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a tidy, clean and organized office.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing patient records and files with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate billing and insurance claims processing, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
3. Chiropractic Assistance:
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and well-stocked for patient appointments.
- Support chiropractors and other health care providers during patient examinations and treatments as needed.
4. Patient Communication:
- Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding appointments, and procedures.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.).
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
