Job Responsibilities

• Provide Family Medicine or Internal Medicine care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active medical license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA)
• Submit resume, NPI, DEA, OIG, and three references with valid email addresses

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
