Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: What I need is a ride to a surgery appointment and then home. I don't have family or friends close to help. The appointment has not been scheduled yet the surgeon does surgery Monday to Friday. About the care needs: The help would be to take me to and then home from the surgery center Services needed include: transportation.
