We are seeking a Wound Care LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Wound Care-dressing changes
- Advanced modalities
- Provide outstanding patient care and treatment
- Travel to patients homes and care facilities to provide care
- Educate and update patients on progression of wound healing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wound care experience is a plus!
- Desire to travel daily and go into patients homes to provide care.
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
