What You'll do:
- Assist with the development and execution of digital media (social media, email, website, YouTube, etc.)
- Research social media channels
- Creating and managing social media content calendars
- Drafting & posting of publications with images
- Updating CRM system
- Update and maintain internal SharePoint sites
- Assist with website management
- Assist with global event planning and logistics
- Create, inventory and develop all digital and physical branding and promotional assets
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Research promotional giveaways, establish relationships with vendors
- Assist with digital file share management
- Design marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Suite products
- Driving to/from vendors/plants/sites to pick up/drop off various items
- Domestic & international shipment of parts, demonstrators and other various assets
- Coordinate the daily operations of the Marketing team
What you'll need to be successful:
Education:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in the Marketing/Business field
Skills, Certifications, Abilities:
- Ability to quickly learn and process information
- Organization and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Knowledge and/or willingness to learn Canva and/or Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- An understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Education
Preferred- Some college or better in Business Administration or related field
