Salary and Benefits

• Salary range of $170,000 to $185,000 annually (based on experience)
• 5 weeks of paid time off (PTO)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family practice services in a near-site employer-sponsored clinic
• Deliver proactive, relationship-centered primary care to patients aged 2 and older
• Conduct 20-minute follow-ups and 60-minute annual wellness visits
• See 5 15 patients daily depending on season
• Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on wellness and prevention
• Dispense medications on-site and work alongside MAs and APPs
• Utilize available translation services to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients

Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience
• Bilingual Fluent in Spanish highly preferred
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan (ages 2+)

Work Schedule

Week 1

• Monday: 8am 5pm
• Tuesday: 10am 7pm
• Wednesday Friday: 8am 5pm

Week 2

• Monday: Off
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am 5pm
• Thursday: 10am 7pm
• Saturday: 8am 5pm
