Position Overview

The Sales Support Contracts Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Sales team internationally by ensuring smooth handling of contract-related processes. This includes reviewing and managing commercial terms for B2B sales of goods and software, as well as assisting with contract conditions in public sector RFPs and tenders, all in alignment with established guidelines.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of contract structure, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to support timely and compliant deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Review customer terms and conditions and suggest acceptable alternatives when needed.

• Process administrative documents such as registration forms, NDAs, and self-declarations upon request from Sales.

• Coordinate internal approvals and collect signatures in accordance with company policy.

• Maintain accurate records of contract responses and documentation provided to Sales, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in administration, business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contract management tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $25-28/hr

Location: hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days remote)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
