Responsibilities:

• Oversee and process weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Supervise and support payroll staff, providing training and guidance as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
• Review and reconcile payroll reports, deductions, and adjustments
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
• Collaborate with HR and accounting on benefits, garnishments, and tax reporting
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and assist with audits
• Identify and implement process improvements within the payroll function

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Proficient in payroll software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish
