Duties:

• Provide support with activities of daily living skills that includes passing medications, personal hygiene,and other activities as needed.
• Completing daily documentation including ISP data, TLOGS, and household duties and checklists.
• Assist individuals in following their support and learning objectives.
• Attend monthly meetings

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver License
• Minimum 1 year working with adults with developmental disabilities (preferred)
