Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: He had a double lung transplant 3 years ago. He has become very weak since his transplant and is hard for him to perform everyday tasks and making meals. He loves being outdoors, hiking, gardening and exploring new places. About the care needs: A strong personality but kind. He needs someone that will encourage him to get up and move more. No special needs Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
