Job Duties

• Answer calls from tenants
• Enter maintenance work orders into property management software (AppFolio)
• Tenant satisfaction follow-up
• Provide clear communication between tenants and Maintenance personnel

• Ability to respond calmly in stressful situations
• Great follow-up skills
• Organization
• Proficient in technology
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
