We are currently seeking a Transportation Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. In this critical role, you will coordinate daily driver schedules, manage real-time fleet activity, and ensure seamless communication between drivers and internal departments—keeping operations efficient and on track.

Key Responsibilities of a Transportation Dispatcher:

• Assign drivers based on availability, location, and service demand
• Monitor fleet activity to ensure timely service and rapid issue resolution
• Communicate trip details, route changes, and updates to drivers
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments and scheduling activity
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to optimize performance
• Respond promptly and professionally to last-minute changes or service disruptions

Qualifications of a Transportation Dispatcher:

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or fleet coordination (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatch or routing software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
