Clinical Manager-Bartholomew County

Dove Recovery House for Women is committed to empowering women to become substance free, self-sufficient, and healthy by providing safe housing, quality programming, and – above all – hope for their future. Dove Recovery House for Women will be opening a new 15-bed facility in Columbus, IN in 2026 and is looking for a Clinical Manager to serve the Bartholomew County location.

The Clinical Manager collaborates with multi-disciplinary treatment team in planning, facilitating and coordinating treatment especially in the areas of assessment, referral resources, and discharge planning as is appropriate to client treatment needs and provides effective and efficient behavioral health interventions including, but not limited to individual and process group therapies and crisis intervention appropriate to client needs.

Requirements for the position include a minimum of two (2) years of experience providing behavioral treatment required. Knowledge of substance use treatment and trauma resolution. Services are provided in a trauma informed manner in accordance with Dove House policies. Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral health related field and valid Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC) by Indiana Health Professions Bureau required.
