Their work has been recognized by media outlets such as US Builders Review and GC Magazine. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing and coordinating project development from concept through completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural designs, preparing submittals, and ensuring adherence to project specifications. The role also entails managing project timelines, budgets, and communication with clients and stakeholders. The Project Architect will be expected to implement sustainable design practices and utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Architectural licensure in Arizona or ability to obtain licensure (5) five to (8) eight + years experience preferred - job stability required; no job hoppers please Skills in Architecture and Project Management Experience with Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Knowledge of sustainable design practices such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape) Experience with multi-family, hospitality, or retail projects is a plus Send us your resume, in confidence.
