This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and can handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Provide accurate information about company services and policies
• Process orders, applications, and customer requests in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer records with accuracy
• Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and maintain a high level of professionalism

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time, Monday through Friday
