Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re hiring a Medical Scheduler for a full-time, evaluation-to-hire position. Whether you already have front office experience or you're eager to begin a healthcare career, this role offers stability, on-the-job training, and long-term potential in a supportive and professional environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule patient appointments accurately and courteously
- Register new and returning patients, verify insurance, and update patient records
- Coordinate effectively with providers, patients, and internal departments
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front office atmosphere
- Support front desk and back-office operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in medical scheduling or healthcare front desk preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Comfortable using EMR systems and standard office software
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Professional appearance and demeanor are essential
- Previous experience with Medical Billing / Insurance Verification is a plus
