Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Client Support & Technical Operations Specialist to manage daily communications with our clients. This person will be responsible for monitoring live chats, addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing daily progress reports to management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable leading client Zoom sessions to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to live chat messages, emails, and internal client requests in real time.
  • Provide timely updates on store progress, order fulfillment, and account performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues (e.g., account access, listing errors, connection issues).
  • Conduct Zoom sessions with clients to assist with setup, integrations, or tech-related troubleshooting.
  • Record and report daily client updates, project statuses, and key issues to upper management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (listing, fulfillment, support) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer experience across all communication channels.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in client support, technical support, or account management (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed during peak seasons).
