Job Description
Are you passionate about unlocking student potential through accurate assessment and evaluation? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Education Diagnostician to join our team in the Clovis NM area and play a key role in guiding student success through comprehensive special education evaluations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify learning disabilities and special education needs
Develop, review, and update IEPs based on assessment data and student progress
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to recommend instructional strategies and accommodations
Monitor student progress and adjust educational interventions as needed
Participate in and facilitate IEP meetings, communicating assessment results and recommendations
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and educational plans in compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Educational Diagnostics, Special Education, or related field
Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician OR eligibility for certification
Expertise in evaluating and diagnosing learning disabilities using a variety of assessment tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
